Genny Hire ‘Runs’ More Than Temporary Power
Powering Community Running Events Across Scotland
This spring, the Genny Hire team was proud to support two fantastic running events in Scotland, helping keep race villages, event infrastructure and vendors powered throughout busy event weekends.
From long-standing partnerships to new event collaborations, our team continues to support organisers with reliable temporary power solutions and onsite technical support when it matters most.
Supporting Run Balmoral
Genny Hire once again provided temporary power support for, one of Scotland’s best-known running events, held annually at Balmoral Castle.
Our team completed the full onsite setup of generators, cabling and battery units across the event site ahead of the weekend. During the event itself, one of our technicians remained onsite to provide support and ensure everything continued running smoothly throughout the day.
Following the event, we also managed the de-rig and uplift of all equipment.
Run Balmoral continues to attract an excellent turnout each year and we are always delighted to support such a well-organised and successful event.
First Year Supporting Run Garioch
This year also marked the first time Genny Hire supported.
For the event village, we supplied generators and cabling to help power vendors and support the smooth running of the day’s activities. Alongside supplying temporary power equipment, Genny Hire was also proud to be involved as a Patron Partner for the event.
It was fantastic to support another popular local event and contribute to creating a successful atmosphere for runners, organisers and spectators alike.
Supporting Events Across Scotland
From sporting events and festivals to construction, offshore and industrial projects, Genny Hire provides dependable temporary power solutions backed by responsive support and experienced engineers.
We are proud to support events that bring communities together and look forward to continuing our involvement with both Run Balmoral and Run Garioch in the future.
